Rates Appeals
These can be Revaluation Appeals (currently processing the April 2023 Revaluation), and Running Roll appeals where a new owner or occupier becomes the ratepayer, or where there is a Material Change of Circumstances

Where clients are demolishing, redeveloping or refurbishing their property asset, we guide them through the process to have the Assessor make a "Premises Entry" at Nil or Nominal Value
Business Rates Administration
Some clients hold multi occupied assets such as Serviced Offices or Retail Market Halls. We offer a complete service which involves all the engagement with the relevant Council, checking all rates demands and processing empty property reliefs and small business reliefs wherever applicable.
